60-minute small group personal class to unlock jammed areas and gain freedom of movement. Achieve greatness without pain and injury. A slower-paced class with the use of foam rollers and dynamic stretching.

  • 45-minute workout including bands, calisthenics, and functional training equipment.

  • 15 minutes of foam rolling and a dynamic stretching segment.

  • Pilates and Yoga movements.

Combining your group training sessions (one-to-one or small group sessions) with an at-home program will guarantee you achieve your workouts every day. Each program is designed with you in mind and targets your specific goals, so you continue practicing at home what you accomplish during the sessions. Each at-home session lasts no more than 30 minutes. Completely doable!
