Combining your Personal Training sessions (one-to-one or at a small group session) with an at-home program will guarantee you accomplish your workouts every day. Each program is designed with you in mind and targets your specific goals, so you will continue practicing at home what you accomplish during the sessions. Each at-home session lasts no more than 30 minutes.
