This 5-day challenge will inspire you, motivate you, and allow you to experience the incredible benefits of a one-of-a-kind approach to fitness and nutrition.     The Goal of the Challenge:

    To begin the journey of replenishing your body and mind with nutrients, daily movements, and positive energies. The challenge is designed to help you  stop feeling bloated and sluggish, and instead feel energized and light, with a clear mind, renewed commitment to your training and improved sleep.

How Does it Work?

Over the course of the next 5 days, you will do your best to eat the right foods, practice healthy rituals, and increase your hydration; through the completion of one specific daily task at a time.

What to Expect Each Day:

  1. Each day you will receive in the Facebook Group ONE daily lesson. These lessons are important because they will help to explain the value of each task that will be assigned to you during the challenge. The lesson will be shared by video and in writing, and each one will target a different habit. With each lesson, you will receive a TASK or assignment.

  2. This task will be very easy and will involve YOU doing something and sharing it in the group. Each task is part of a habit being put into practice. The tasks add on to the following task you will be assigned the next day so that by the fifth day, you will be actively doing all 5 tasks.

  3. Accountability: You will post a video or photo each day with a comment in our FB Group of you doing your task and commenting on how you feel and what you did.

  4. Try the recipes from your meal prep.
